These Terms of Service govern your use of SayZ, an AI reply copilot for reviewed, context-aware client replies. By using SayZ, you agree to these Terms.
SayZ helps draft replies from conversation context, your intent, profile rules, and AI generation. SayZ is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free drafts, platform coverage, or business outcomes.
During launch preparation, SayZ may offer waitlist access, invited accounts, early access purchases, and limited supported workflows. Features, credits, site support, and availability may change as the product develops.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and manually sending final messages. Do not use SayZ to send spam, automate bulk outreach, bypass platform rules, make unsupported promises, or violate laws or third-party terms.
AI drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. Risk warnings are review aids, not guarantees. You must verify price, delivery, refund, guarantee, off-platform, legal, and professional statements before sending.
Reply credits may be used for AI generation and regeneration. Paid plans or credit packages are subject to the price, credit amount, billing interval, and provider terms shown at checkout. Early access purchases should be evaluated with the current product limitations in mind.
You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
SayZ, the website, extension, software, design, and documentation are owned by SayZ or its licensors. You retain rights to your submitted context and final messages, but grant SayZ the permission needed to process that content and provide the service.
You agree not to use SayZ for illegal activity, spam, scraping, bulk outreach, deceptive messaging, platform-rule bypass, unauthorized system access, harmful content, or unsupported promises about AI-generated drafts.
